Emsa Eleganza Insulated Carafes Review
I always research products like this previous to purchasing to not only get the best deal, but the best product "out there"; which is what I thought I was getting when I placed my order. After reading all the rave reviews, I was excited to purchase this beautiful sleek carafe (it definitely has a beautiful appearance) and put it to immediate use for our coffee!Well I don't know why I seem to be the only one, but after preheating it with hot water, I added my freshly perked HOT coffee. I was beyond disappointed when after only an hour and a half, I went for my second cup... and it was luke-warm at very BEST.
I have had it now for over 2 weeks, and continue to end up with the same result! I also expected it to be larger; though I admit I should have researched this aspect more. All in all I am just very frustrated with it... I think my old (very inexpensive!) carafe not only held more coffee but kept it HOT for much longer and I'll go back to using that one.
Live and learn I suppose, but I just don't understand why mine doesn't live up to the glowing reviews others gave it! The one star I did give it was for the appearance...
