The tea set it pretty. It arrived in good condition. I bought it as a gift. I did have to repackage it though. The box it came in was taped shut, and dented. The tape came off, so the box was torn. I only mention this since they say the packaging it beautiful. It is not. Maybe it was at some point, but not when it arrived. It was also not a hatbox. I thought it was supposed to be, but maybe I misread.
The tea set itself, well, what so say. It looks exactly like in the picture. If you like the picture, you will like the product. It is heavy enough that I expect it will retain heat reasonably well. It is not too heavy to pour easily. Like I said, it is a gift, so I have not used it.
