We had on two separate occasions these glasses explode into tiny shards of glass upon lifting the glass. The first time was when lifting out of the dishwasher upon which the glass exploded into hudrededs of little pieces and actually cut my nose as shards of glass went everywhere. We thought this was perhaps a freak accident. However, it happened again today. I washed it with luke warm water and set it on the counter. I reached for it about a minute later and upon lifting the glass, it exploded and shattered throughout the kitchen. We plan to contact the manufacturer to let them know of these occurences.
