Spiegelau Festival Tasting Glass, Set of 6 Review
I ordered two boxes (total of 12) of these lovely glasses as a gift. The recipient says that one glass in each box was broken. Rather than inconvenience her, I simply reordered another box of glasses. Again, one glass was broken, in the very same place (the corner) of the third box.The glasses themselves are absolutely beautiful, but future customers should know that they will probably receive one broken glass in a box of six.
I called amazon to explain the problem, and the representative handled this problem perfectly; she issued a credit to me for my trouble, which is perfectly satisfactory.
This probably isn't a problem with the Spiegelau company or amazon. It is probably the local delivery warehouse (Hollywood, California) but at least my complaint was resolved professionally.
