This DVD is made for newer model DVD players only. If you have an older DVD player, like I do, then it doesn't work in it. It is a great concept and a wonderful method of helping so many people of all ages but the DVD didn't incorporate much of the methods and positions used in the total Compassionate Touch program and for $40 I would have thought it to have a lot more information and I was disappointed. Buy the book from the woman who founded the technique and get a great amount of information and instructions and pictures. Alot cheaper and well worth every penny of it. The book is called "From the Heart Through the Hands" and it is by Dawn Nelson. A great book and it will tell you all you need to know at a fraction of the cost. Get the book, you will love it and it will give you the desire to learn more and do the techniques on anyone.
