I bought this item for my mother in law for her birthday. it arrived after the estimated delivery date by quite a few days so it was late for her birthday. when it arrived both the tea cup and teapot handles were broken and it had many visible scratches on it. i exchanged it for another one. it arrived the next day with white spots on the brown glazing which were clearly accidents and the gold detailing around the handles was scratched off almost entirely. I sent it back for a third one only because I had printed a photo of the item and wrapped it up in a box since the item had not yet arrived in time for her birthday and I felt bad selecting an entirely different item because she seemed to really like this one. the third one arrived 2 days later and the bottom was very scuffed up and the gold detailing on the sides was once again scratched. it appeared as though someone had used it and sent it back? it wasn't as terrible as the other 2 I received so I gave it to my mother in law 3 weeks after her birthday (so embarrassing) but I will never buy from this seller again. just terrible quality and I am not usually a picky person.Yedi Houseware Classic Coffee and Tea Blue Saphyre Tea For One Overview
