Great simple item. I would give it 5 stars, however, the description states it is dishwasher safe ... there should be a caveat: dishwasher safe depending on the detergent you use. I'm not sure which detergent is safe for aluminum, but I use Cascade with Jet Dry as a rinse aid (and I assume a lot of others do as well), but if you Google aluminum and dishwasher, many advise you not to put aluminum in the dishwasher as detergents will oxidize the aluminum and darken/corrode it. Indeed this is what happened to my sheet. But since I really like this pan, I'll probably get another one, just wish that the description included a warning about being somewhat dishwasher safe.Nordic Ware Bakers Quarter Sheet, 13 by 9 by 1 Overview
