Apostles' Creed - Full-length Version (2009) Review

The Apostles' Creed, sometimes titled Symbol of the Apostles, is an early statement of Christian belief, a creed or "symbol". It is widely used by a number of Christian denominations for both liturgical and catechetical purposes.
The Apostles' Creed DVD, from Vision Video, is a fast-paced, two-hour abridged version of an upcoming 12-hour curriculum series by award-winning producer-director T.N. Mohan. It is an immensely interesting documentary about the foremost Christian declaration. Teens and Parents alike will enjoy and be enlightened by historical and Scriptural facts about the Apostle's Creed. For those who are not aware of the Apostle's Creed, it is reproduced here below :
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
the Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He arose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,

(The word "catholic" refers not to the Roman Catholic Church, but to the universal church of the Lord Jesus Christ.)
Apostles' Creed has received this title because of its great antiquity. It dates from very early times in the Church, a half century or so from the last writings of the New Testament.
While we may say the Apostle's Creed regularly in church or as a personal prayer, there are many questions about it that you may or may not have contemplated. Where did the Creed come from? Why do Christians have a Creed? How is the Creed relevant to Christians today?
