Fred and Friends Drink-Up Carafe and Glass Review
I fell in love with this carafe and glass set as soon as I saw it! It's such an adorable and clever design where the body of the doll acts as the carafe and the head comes off and becomes a cup. I use it every night on my bedside table. The body holds enough water to last me a few nights in a row, so it's great that the cup doubles as a cover for the carafe to prevent dust or anything else from getting into my water. It makes a great gift idea, and it would also be a really cute item to place by the bedside of any overnight house guest. I kind of wish that it came in different sizes to be true to any Russian doll set so that I could place a couple of different ones side by side whenever I had more than one house guest staying over!A couple downsides to the design is that 1) water tends to dribble a little down the side of the carafe when pouring and 2) the glass is very thin and delicate, so I use it very carefully and would never think of putting it in a dishwasher. But both downsides do not outweigh the overall appeal of the product, so I'm still going to give it 5 stars!
