Norpro Triple Blade Herb Scissors Review

These herb scissors work just like they are supposed to do. I can hold a bunch of freshly washed herb leaves over my stir-fry and snip-snip. Tiny strips of herbs are in the skillet. The scissors have not been a problem to wash, even with soft fresh herbs that were cut. I have a vegetable brush to use if all the herbs do not wash out. I hang my scissors "open" with my cooking utensils so that they completely dry.

Norpro's herb scissors feature an unusual design with 3 sharp stainless-steel blades that allow cutting, chopping, or mincing herbs directly into a pan or over a plate for garnishing. The blades work in such a way as to retain flavorful oils from herbs instead of crushing and bruising herbs like happens with regular kitchen shears. Large, nonstick, ergonomic handles provide a comfortable grip on the 7-1/2-inch-long scissors. Cleanup is a breeze since the scissors are safe in the dishwasher.
